You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same email used to purchase the tickets.

How do I know my seat?

There are no assigned seats at the exhibition. Simply arrive at your scheduled time, and you will be guided through the tour.

Can I leave in the middle of the event?

Inform our staff, who will be present throughout the experience, and they will guide you to the exit. Unfortunately, you cannot rejoin the experience if you leave early.

Why are there price differences?

There are different types of tickets, such as the flexible time ticket, which costs more for the convenience it offers. Some tickets also include additional perks, like souvenirs.

I can’t attend on this date, will there be more dates for the same show?
