What can I expect from The FRIENDS™ Experience - The One in São Paulo?
Inspired by one of the most successful TV shows of all time, The FRIENDS™ Experience arrives in São Paulo. Fans of the series can see exact replicas of the sets, props from the show, Instagrammable spaces, and even enjoy coffee at Central Perk. You won’t want to miss it!

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience will take place in an indoor space.
How long will the event last?
From 11/28/2024 to 02/23/2025.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes.
Are there restrooms available?
There are no restrooms in the experience, but the shopping mall offers restrooms on the same floor as the exhibition.
Will there be food for sale?
Yes, we will have the famous Central Perk with FRIENDS™ classic recipes.
Will there be vegan or gluten-free options available?
No.
Can I use my cell phone during the event?
Yes, preferably in silent mode.
Can I record the event?
Yes.
Is it necessary to wear a mask?
No.
Do I need to arrive at the beginning of the session?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
What happens if I arrive after it has started?
If a visitor misses the beginning of the session, they may be accommodated in the next session, subject to availability within capacity.
Are pets allowed?
No.
What is the minimum age?
The exhibition is open to all ages, but there may be content restrictions for minors unaccompanied by adults.
Is there parking available?
Yes, at the shopping mall. Parking fees apply separately.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The venue is indoors, so sessions will proceed as usual in case of rain.
What items are prohibited?
Umbrellas, selfie sticks, sharp objects, firearms, and fireworks.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes.
Can I buy a ticket at the event?
Ticket availability at the event is subject to capacity. Ideally, purchase tickets as early as possible to secure your spot. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where can I buy tickets?
Who is eligible for the half-price tickets?
The exhibition offers half-price tickets for public school teachers (federal, state, and municipal), people with disabilities plus a companion, students, and seniors. For more information on the half-price benefit and required documentation, see here.
What does the ticket include?
Access to the exhibition and Central Perk. Items sold at Central Perk are not included in the ticket price.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No need to print anything; just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email when you arrive.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are allowed, with purchase cancellation permitted up to 48 hours before the event start time. Email ola@feverup.com to make changes to your ticket.
Can I reschedule my ticket for a different date/time or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
For date/time changes, you need to purchase the FLEX Add-On, which grants access to other sessions on the original ticket date. Date changes are subject to approval by the organizing committee.
Can I arrange a group visit?
For groups of 20 or more, just email us at atendimento@businessland.com.br.
Can't find my ticket? What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR Code on the Fever app in the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app, download it from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same email used to purchase the tickets.
How do I know where my seat is?
There is no assigned seating in the exhibition; just arrive at the indicated time, and you will be guided through the tour.
Can I leave in the middle of the event?
Inform our team, who will be present throughout the experience, and they will guide you to the exit. Unfortunately, you cannot re-enter if you leave early.
Why are there different ticket prices?
There are various ticket types, such as the flexible schedule ticket. This option has a price difference due to the added convenience. Additionally, visitors can purchase extras like souvenirs and coffee with a cookie.
I can’t attend on this date; will there be other dates for the same show?
The exhibition runs daily, except Mondays, until February. We’ll be happy to welcome you on those dates.
